Children of Eden

the children ran over the land, their motions nearly blurred as they blazed across the landscape, from time to time vanishing from sight as they cut thru the universe to take shortcuts.
and they laughed, they laughed as if thing would never change.

he picked up the blade and when he did he could feel the experiences of all it´s past wielders, at first one or two but then others came in a flood and he drowned it in.

she saw her friend stepp into the battle, and it was more like a choreographed dance then a battle as he cut thru his opponents.
finally when done he came over to her and offered her his hand to help her up.
"that was amazing Tyren. when did you learn to fight like that?"
"i´m afraid your friend isnt here at the moment." he answered her. "i am Aswan the avatar of the blade. i am guiding the form while it´s owner recovers."

The Night

"i hear you´ve looked for me." the old man said from the chair he was sitting in.
"i´ve been looking for answers. and you´re gonna give them to me."
"if i choose."
"no. you WILL." the younger man said and pointed his weapon at his elder, who just smiled as the the weapon clanked against the wall and floor after having been torn from the younger mans hand.
